@ashishkjha@BostonGlobe How can you say this when all of the evidence tells us this disease damages the cardiovascular, neurological, immune systems esp w with repeat infections, and no matter if vaxxed or mild symptoms. Incredibly irresponsible not to mention the necessity of preventing infection
If you were in a healthcare setting and got infected with HIV or TB or any other infectious disease, the gauntlet would come down hard and yet Sars2 one of the major causes of death and injury here has been declared to be ignored? #Healthcare leaders have failed us. #Medtwitter
One way to think about where we are with covid in 2023 is that governments, their experts, business, and the media desperately needed a Sars virus to turn into the common cold, and no one is prepared to deal with the possibility this hasn't happened. So they're pretending it did
Instead we have bot armies telling us the third leading cause of death in the USA is a "cold"
And that the mRNA vaccine is to blame for sudden deaths
This is all to cover their backs of the massive screw-up they've done in thinking immunity was long-lived from infection
@LonnieRhea Really important to get a PCR or you can get on Amazon the Lucira home tests which are almost as accurate as PCR and showed our covid infections long before rapid tests
Al Roker almost died when his last COVID infection brought on blood clots this past fall. Now his employer exposed him again, mere months later. Again, this is a worker’s rights issue. If NBC can kill Al Roker on live TV w zero repercussion, your employer can too
What will we learn 5 years into the mass indefinite reinfection of SARS-2, what will we learn by year 10? By and large, our politicians are running this experiment on our population. I am an unwilling participant and am fighting to end this inhumane experiment, how about you?
Today's heartbreaking conversation:
"How do I tell her that her mind isn't working properly any more? Meanwhile her sister and brother have both suddenly developed kidney and heart problems."
Three siblings, 62, 64, 68, robustly healthy pre Covid.
Unbelievable. Physical distancing. For an aerosol, indoors. 🤦♂️
If it spreads like cigarette smoke, what will 6ft of distance do? We are in year 4 of this thing & the back of the class still hasn’t figured it out.
And it’s the back of the class that’s in charge .
In US if 1/65 are getting COVID daily, that translates to 5 million cases/day. Every 2 months it infects the majority of people. If it takes 3 infxns on average to get Long COVID (incidence of 30%) are we not only a few months away from a complete travesty? Someone check my math.
Any school that is not protecting staff, children and their families from COVID is failing their community.
This is almost every school in the USA.
There are solutions.
Denial is not a plan.
We've seen few humans this devoted and humble as Jimmy Carter.
Quietly continuing his mission, which was to do good.
If you must leave us go gently . Leave your heart and bravery so we might learn.
Thank you President Carter.
Jimmy.
Jimmy Carter shows that it’s the whole of your life that matters, not just what you do in your time of power and fame. He devoted his post-presidency to helping others, defending the rights of oppressed groups despite blowback, and loving his wife. A good man, a good American.
Approximately the same number of people have died from covid in the first 7 weeks of 2023 as died in all of 2020 and 2021 combined!!!
Think about that….
There is nothing mild about covid!
14 months ago I had to evacuate from Oxford High Schol when a fifteen year old opened fire and killed four of my classmates and injured seven more.
Tonight, I am sitting under my desk at Michigan State Univeristy, once again texting everyone “I love you”
When will this end?
