The worst part is, we had to pay for the flights to Kauai. No one could have told us this when we were in San Francisco that we would be turned away? @united. All @united reps were extremely rude and said they were not responsible for whatever the mainland @united reps told us.

We got to Kauai and was told we couldn’t come in. We were literally screamed at and made us feel awful. We tried to get @united to help us but was told it wasn’t their problem. It was the worst day of our lives when it was supposed to be the best. (2)

My wife and I flew to Kauai using @united for our honeymoon. We knew there were Covid restrictions so we made sure to ask THREE separate United employees if we needed a test since we would be there for over 10 days. They all said no and nothing else was needed. (1)
