Thank you so much helping to co-ordinate my X-ray and phlebotomy appointments which were 2 hours apart on Monday morning. Phlebotomy kindly slotted me in after x-ray and saved me waiting around. Very helpful and professional receptionist @wexham

@ZJAyres Oh dear… Medication is packaged by automation - it’s the same every time. Find a marking on the box which indicates the correct side to open from - use that every time. If you receive regular prescriptions you’ll get the hang of it. If you take infrequent medication, oh dear…
