Monday started with First-in-Human Use of “ViewFlex X SE” ICE Catheter with @AbbottCardio

I've always loved using the ViewFlex ICE for its exceptional image quality, but now with seamless ICE integration into Ensite X, this is a total game-changer that enhances precision like never before.

Some features that stood out to me

🔹 ICE Integration with Grid and FAM Mapping - Real-time visualization that aligns perfectly with 3D GridX and FAM maps. This precision ensures more efficient targeting of critical anatomy, improving procedural accuracy.

🔹 Smooth Transition to the Left Atrium
Despite its softer shaft, the ViewFlex X SE provided excellent maneuverability and control, allowing smooth navigation to the left atrium while maintaining consistent imaging quality.

Intramural LV summit PVC. Technically bracketed in GCV/AIV junction but impedance too high. No clear septal branches despite veno/terumo/EP star. Suppressed-->recurred. What next? HNS? Bipolar? EtOH? Stereotaxis? Any other options?

As we get rid of summit PVCs, patient’s starts throwing PACs ( or so I thought ). Put in a CS catheter - PVCs!!! Would be a perfect LBBAP morphology. Mapped it right on the anterior fascicle in a patient with L anterior fascicular block at baseline !

What do you think ? Incidental finding on ICE imaging during posteromedial pap muscle PVC ablation for 60yo healthy female. No history of Afib . Doesn’t appear to be typical myxoma either. CMR pending.

Excellent rendering software by Abbott helping visualize the farawave catheter, significantly reducing fluoroscopy requirement for PFA using farapulse.

Also note, the spline / petal deformity when it falls in the vein due to higher impedance.

Great case where entire VT cycle length could be seen on a single grid pole. Non ischemic substrate. Another example where ILAM map perfectly matched VT isthmus site ( @DrRoderickTung style!)

Incessant AT from lateral RA cured within 1-2s. @AbbottNews near field mapping algorithm cleaner than 1st deflection. Also note P wave morph: +II / -III / "W"ish in V1... NOT paraHis/CSP location (lead 1 is the obvious giveaway). Thx @maddyferraro1 @AudreyFerraro25
