ACL Recovery Update | 10 Months Post-Op

I have been cleared for non-contact play and am working through my final stages of recovery to be cleared by the end of April. Can’t wait to get back on the field!

1️⃣1️⃣ weeks post ACL surgery and I got cleared to do Bulgarian split squats! I have never been more excited to do one of my least favorite exercises!

Despite not being able to play, I had a great time in San Diego coaching and cheering on my team from the sidelines. Also got my work in on my recovery at 10 weeks post ACL surgery!

8 weeks post ACL reconstruction surgery and the return to the game I love continues! I got to start isolating my surgery leg with split squats and staggered stance squats to build my muscle back!!
