Well, on the way home daycare Gwen was ad-libbing some "oooh"s to @lawrencetheband which tells me 1. She's a fan, 2. She's ready to tour, and 3. They'd better come back to Michigan soon so this toddler can live out her dream!

Nate gives me updates on what Gwen does and doesn't like to listen to on rides to and from daycare. Earlier this week, we found out she is a @BLACKPINK fan. This morning she enjoyed @twentyonepilots and this afternoon we learned she likes early @paramore but not the new stuff

@JBsTwoCents Also, since you've told people you're having a girl, THEY will buy a lot of cute outfits for her. But it's also so much fun to pick out the clothes for your baby girl 🥰

@JBsTwoCents I think I just saw that Carter's is coming out with capsule baby wardrobes? Or maybe it was Gap. Idk, but they are becoming a thing! Not sure about affordability though 🤔

@poetinbabylon It is so weird being mainline after growing up Pentecostal! Nate grew up mainline and will joke about the Holy Ghost being the part of the Trinity that's there, but is sorta set to the side and uncomfortable. I always laugh bc I grew up with such an emphasis on the Holy Spirit!

@M_Jensen23 If you're going to do diapers, size 2 or bigger! People tend to buy small sizes. I wish I'd gotten more wipes, they're useful for so many things, and baby tylenol bc when you need it, you need it right away! I've also never regretted any of the Sandra Boynton books we have

I get that it's the complete opposite of women's fashion trends, but I really think we need jeans with reinforced knees for toddler moms

Last night, I dreamed that @chancetherapper heard me sing and immediately offered me a record deal. As we were discussing the record, he decided instead I should do parody songs, so I became a more folksy, woman version of @alyankovic 🤷🏻‍♀️

@crazywholelife Wait this actually makes me feel so much better about my kitchen table. We have little space in our house, so the dining room table also functions as counter space, mail area, car seat holder... there's a lot going on when you're working from home!

I finally went to get my new license and I was in and out of the Secretary of State office in 10 MINUTES! It was truly a miracle. I had, dare I say, a great experience at the DMV. Good work, @MichSoS!

Just finished my Christmas Reese's cups, less than a month after Christmas, and I'm very proud of myself. When I was little, I'd hoard my candy for when I *really* wanted it, and in the meantime it would go bad and I'd have to toss it, never getting to eat it at all! #progress
