When you don’t pass the second or final stage interview it’s usually one of two things.

1. You don’t give them enough detail to make them feel confident enough that you can do the job.

What does this mean?

When they’re asking questions even if they are yes/no are you speaking with examples?

Are you sharing specifically about the projects that YOU owned? The details of the tools you used, the teams you worked with. The similarities between the work you’ve done and matched it directly with the work you’re being asked to do.

2. You failed to CLOSE them.

This is the end of a sales process. You need to make sure no stone is left unturned.

You do this by answering this question:
Do I understand exactly what they are trying to solve with this hire and have I displayed why I (over everyone else) should be that person.

You do this by asking good questions throughout the interview. At the end particularly, but throughout. The interview is allowed to be a conversation.

Miss Carlee Russell was abducted on 7/13/23 off of Interstate 459 South, mile marker 11, Exit 10 around the vicinity of Hoover High School area around 9:30pm-10:00pm in Hoover, Alabama.

Carlee is about 5’5 and 150-160lbs.

Her red Mercedes was left on the side of the interstate with all of her belongings, purse, cell phone and other items.

She stopped because she saw a baby or child on the side of the interstate. She called 911 and family members to let them know. The last person she was on the phone with heard screams.

If you have any information about her whereabouts please contact law enforcement- the Hoover Police Department.
