@ScottEnlow I back cops and respect them. Every once in a while, a cop's ego comes to the forefront and takes over..This kind of incident, though rare, reflects poorly on the vast majority of cops. I blame the pressure on quotas (ticket writing) and poor training for this kind of thing.
