Seven days ago, I called on President William Ruto to discharge his constitutional and administrative duty to release the report of the National Taskforce on Police Reforms, which I submitted to him on 16 November 2023.
That call remains unanswered.
The President had before him the historic occasion of Katiba Day to release this report and set in motion its implementation. He let the moment pass.
I now have the solemn responsibility to make the report public. I am in the final stages of consultation with various stakeholders and shall communicate the next steps in due course.
Kenya deserves police institutions that serve and protect her people.

Aey I have an idea let's waste time with fancy confrences and pollute kenyans ears with words about trust while we kill and destroy kenyans with our greed and corruption, they will still trust us to deliver 2060
I think Strathmore is living proof private sector can handle higher education better in Kenya. Critics argue that it will keep out needy students but private sector can mobilize capital easily plus Strath huencourage work-study. Strath ni no. 1 uni in Kenya.
PUBLIC LAND IS NOT THE PRESIDENTโS PROPERTY
Public land is not government property in the ordinary sense. The State holds it in trust for the people of Kenya. The President is a custodian of that trust, not its owner.
That is why public land cannot be taken, allocated or converted at the Presidentโs discretion. Any change must follow the Constitution and the law, with the required approvals and public accountability.
The argument that land must be taken before someone else grabs it turns the rule of law on its head. We cannot prevent land grabbing by legitimising it.
Kenya has already lost too much public land. What remains must be protected for present and future generations.
Public land belongs to the people. The State holds it in trust. No President has a personal title to it.
and down. And it feels amazing. Another thing I love about squating is that it ironically helps me be more mentally focused. The sweet pain as well, sore leg muscles feel good the day after doing hard reps.
Why do I squat? I have been off it for a while and the thought of heavy weight disrepecting the shit out of you is not something to willingly walk to. When I loaded the weight I felt it, that sweet spot where you feel in control of the weight, perfectly balanced when moving up
