Friends, which telecom company is better for privacy? And would you also consider porting out?

@IndiaAllliance Guys, I’m honestly disturbed after talking to Jio Care. My number shows “Spam by Jio” when I call people. I asked why, and they said my number is identified as a business number because “AI listens to calls.”

And if you know which Indian telecom operator takes customer privacy the most seriously, please tell me.
This isn't about one spam label anymore.

I honestly don’t know if I’m overthinking this, but what happened today with Jio has genuinely made me uncomfortable. I called Jio Care because whenever I call someone, they see a message saying my number is “Marked as Spam by Jio.”

How private are our phone calls, actually?
This has seriously made me rethink whether I want to continue with Jio.
I have multiple Jio numbers in my family, and I’m now seriously considering porting them all.

What else is being analyzed about me without me knowing?

I understand the need to fight spam and fraud. I really do.
But calling it “AI” doesn't make the privacy question disappear.

Then what exactly does that mean?
Does it actually listen to the conversation?
Is the call being recorded or analyzed?
What information is being collected?
Who has access to it?

The c care executive told me:
“Sir, you are using this number for company/business purposes.”
I asked him, “How do you know that?”
And his answer honestly shocked me:
“There is an AI which listens to calls and marks them.”
