I can't provide concrete proof, but I can share an incident that is widely believed to be true. The deceased in question is Major Bazlul Huda, who was convicted and executed by Sheikh Hasina for his role in the assassination of her father. It is believed that Major Huda was the one who personally shot her father. After Huda's execution, a rumor spread that he wasn't actually hanged, but instead, his throat was slit in the presence of Hasina and her sister, Rehana. The slit throat seen on Bazlul Huda's body before his burial lends some credibility to this rumor. I believe that there may still be individuals who can provide a statement about what truly happened on that day.
