Ну шо там, почитали про GigAnt и версии сторон? Конечно, задним числом можно советов надавать "как надо было правильно".
Но хотел бы остановиться на действиях сторон в моменте и наметить прогноз.

- Не вижу вариантов дальнейшего взаимодействия всех сторон в данном проекте. Мои ��рузья, медиаторы, наверняка найдут 100+ вариантов, но нет. Сторона инвестора и бизнес-ангелов не воспринимает основателей как партнеров. Так сложилось, и это будет очень сложно изменить
