At #ASCO26, CEO Aron Knickerbocker joined @BiotechTV to discuss our new Phase 2 data for imneskibart in doublet checkpoint inhibitor-refractory metastatic melanoma, including a 33% objective response rate (ORR) and 67% disease control rate (DCR).
Aron walks through the positive results from the cohorts evaluating imneskibart and low-dose, subcutaneous aldesleukin with and without a checkpoint inhibitor (nivolumab), and outlines the next steps in our clinical development path.

Beyond melanoma, imneskibart is advancing in non-small cell lung cancer. Two ongoing Phase 2 cohorts are evaluating imneskibart and low-dose, subcutaneous aldesleukin — with and without avelumab (anti-PD-L1 with an active Fc domain and ADCC effector function) — in patients with advanced PD-L1+ #NSCLC that progressed on prior CPI therapy. We anticipate sharing clinical data by year-end.

Our time at #ASCO26 reaffirmed why we do this work — alongside clinicians, scientists and partners committed to better outcomes for patients with cancer. At Aulos, our focus remains steady: building on the new Phase 2 data we shared for imneskibart in doublet checkpoint inhibitor-refractory metastatic melanoma, and continuing to advance this selective immune-activating therapy in additional checkpoint inhibitor-refractory tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer.
Thank you to the investigators, clinical teams and patients whose participation makes this progress possible.

At the @ASCO Annual Meeting, Aulos is presenting Phase 1/2 data for imneskibart in doublet checkpoint inhibitor-refractory cutaneous melanoma — a setting with limited options for patients following tumor progression on anti–PD-1/anti–CTLA-4 or anti–PD-1/anti–LAG-3 combinations. We’re excited to share our findings with the oncology community.

The imneskibart story extends beyond the tumor microenvironment. Selective IL-2 engagement is designed to maintain immune activation while limiting toxicities — including vascular leak syndrome and pulmonary edema — that have historically constrained this pathway.

The #TumorMicroenvironment (TME) plays a powerful role in cancer progression and treatment response.
At Aulos, we're exploring innovative therapies to effectively modulate the TME, enhancing immune responses against tumors.

The 2025 #NobelPrize in Medicine honors the scientists who discovered immunosuppressive regulatory T cells (Tregs) — a breakthrough that reshaped immunology. Imneskibart builds on this legacy by activating Teffs & NK cells while limiting Tregs in solid tumor cancers.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the patients, families, investigators and clinical teams who make progress in immuno-oncology possible. Your trust and commitment drive every step forward.
Thank you.

What have we learned about #IL2? It boosts immune cells to fight tumors—but also activates regulatory T cells (Tregs), which suppress immune responses. Effective IL-2 therapy requires precisely targeting the right cells and avoiding unwanted suppression.
