@butterflydeacy Call me wasteful but even way before i get the craving i will literally throw out like half the bag or a little less and every ill eat a few pieces of whatever junkfood it is so when i do crave it and end up giving in it wont be so many calories
is it normal to be disordered and hate the idea of being fat yourself but u actually find chubby body types incredibly attractive nd generally prefer ur partners w a lil bit of meat on them or am i weird
@nixxcoolclub Losts of steps or literally do not let yourself take any naps or bedrot + instead of energy drinks drink black coffee! Just try to stay as productive as possible and do intenseish cardio like dances but this is just what works for me!
