Data usage - purchased bundles not being used

I have a Data contract and I bought a 30 day data bundle but that bundle is not being used, it's still using the contract data that I need to use for Datashare.
The 30 day bundle is supposed to be depleted first?

Hey @MTNza,@wendyknowler why are customers being slugged with exorbitant contract charges just before Black Friday deals? Even out-of-contract charges are way higher than current plans with similar benefits. MTN's broken cancellation process has cost customers thousands, 1/2

@Discovery_SA Thanks @Discovery_SA, it makes sense to move, I already have medical aid with you guys so adding my banking to the Discovery family now that @FNBSA has rug pulled their customers will only benefit me more.

@Rb__sa This change does not help @FNBSA customers, it only benefits the bank. By all means make the yearly rules adjustments but to move the goal posts after issuing the new rules is not on. This impacts many people, esp those that bought devices based on their ability to hit lvl 5.

Hi @FNBSA Ad-hoc eBucks rule changes starting Nov 2025 are unacceptable. Long-time Level 5 clients will now be dropped to Level 3. Those locked into 24-month device contracts are hit even harder. Total bait and switch. Please reconsider, or many will be forced to leave. #eBucks

I get 6+ messages daily from these idiots and Gumtree doesn’t seem able to do anything to combat it. It's 2025 guys get with the plot
