@CenterParcsUK Thanks Kirsty. We can’t book as we can’t see what they are, what’s available, etc etc..... why can’t somebody just help and give us access to the online booking system? Crazy!
@CenterParcsUK Beyond frustrating. No doubt everything will be booked up by the time we arrive tomorrow. Can’t imagine getting a restaurant table for 12 or any group activities. Such a let down. After years and over 50 visits this will be our last. Still no reply as at Saturday morning.
@CenterParcsUK Sorry you could not help. Thanks for the message. I did reply twice but heard nothing back. Oh well. We will be there on Sunday with absolutely nothing booked as the website is not working for us. Presumably everything will be booked up by then.... shame.
@CenterParcsUK It's lovely that they are there but we have been trying to log on to book activities for TWO DAYS now and it STILL will not allow us to and IT will look at it next week. Great. We arrive Sunday!?
@CenterParcsUK So, now with 36 hours until our arrival the system STILL does not work. I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone (eventually) and she can't see why we can't book, but we can't. How utterly useless.
@CenterParcsUK I have been trying to speak to somebody for two days. Total on hold: 4 hours 23 minutes. Emails sent: 7. PLEASE can somebody give us a number to speak to a human? We arrive on Sunday and are STILL unable to access our account to make bookings :-(
@CenterParcsUK Thanks Kelly. I just tried again. 22 minutes hold and then gave up. Just too expensive to hold all that time! Could somebody call me? Or answer my email? [email protected]
