A federal judge ORDERED the Trump admin to privately show him the memo purporting to justify boat strikes that have killed 234 people in the Caribbean and Pacific.

Judge Engelmayer rejected several rationales for withholding the memo from the public and will determine whether to release it.

New reports reveal Meta has been classifying gigantic data centers as "pilot models" in order to secure a tax credit from the 1980s.

So Trump has a 15 billion dollar steel project that will create about 1750 jobs. Here is the catch: They gave the contract to an Indian company with years of baggage, including project delays, bankruptcy, unpaid contractors and disputes with Minnesota state officials. They also use a large amount of HB1 visas, which begs the question: Who is going to get these jobs?

The company hired Jason Miller, a longtime Trump adviser, as its lobbyist, paying him at least $240,000 through his company SHW Partners, according to lobbying disclosure records. The government of India also hired Mr. Miller’s company, paying $150,000 per month for “strategic counsel, tactical planning and government relations assistance on policy matters before the U.S. government,” according to federal filings under the Foreign Agent Registration Act.

Robert Weissman, co-president of Public Citizen, a nonprofit consumer advocacy organization that tracked Mr. Miller’s lobbying on behalf of Mesabi and the Indian government, said that the extension of potentially billions in taxpayer-backed loans from EXIM Bank deserved more scrutiny because of Mr. Miller’s role.
