@HiltonHotels car broken into while staying at hotel . Parked right at door, thief not only stole a ton of stuff, but camped out all night on the car . @hiltonhotels . Not only provided zero assistance, cameras “not working” and security team saw nothing . Really ?no help at all

@SouthwestAir - rerouted all day. Ended up barely making cruise ship, bags not on our flight. Had to get on ship w/o it. Hours on phone to be told no reimbursement $ because we “abandoned them”. No clothes all Wk. bags stuck at New Orleans w no promise to hold them until return.
