@1ssve of those programs can read DOCX format, so unless the job listing says otherwise, just submit as a DOCX. Before a human will ever even see your resume, it will be checked and scanned and picked apart by a robot who doesn’t care how pretty your resume is.

@1ssve Be careful with this. Many large companies use an automated ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and many of those straight up can’t even read pdf format! ATS programs also can’t see images, charts, tables, anything! So the program will just see a broken up mess of text. Most -
