I’m very disappointed at @lufthansa The customer service has been messy and not helpful. Today one rep explicitly told me that one of her coworkers at the call center had given me false information and I had to assume the € of her mistake @Flight_Refunds

Update: called Lufthansa again today and after speaking to 2 reps, I get told that instead of paying 1000€ I can pay only 500€ for canceling the last bit of my flight. Pay more for flying less? #confused #Lufthansa #complaint

I opted for my conversation to be recorded and I asked several times to the rep if the change had zero cost and the rep mentioned there was no cost! If I’m right and your rep represents you I believe you should stand by your word!
