[Auraharvest @auraharvest7]

@help_delhivery non of your hub staff are active in our area - 843302, they dont recieve calls. they dont pickup orders, they dont share hub locations so cusotmer can reach out to them and get help, also worse behaviour. @help_delhivery @meesho_support

[Auraharvest @auraharvest7]

@help_delhivery dear @help_delhivery my order is still not picked i i dont know how careless and giant company can be. my order is already breached and the time taken to solve a simple issue. @delhivery even hub workers have more authority then organisation itself.

[Auraharvest @auraharvest7]

@help_delhivery fulfilled my seller obligations and kept orders ready on time, but @meesho_support -assigned @help_delhivery failed to pick them up. With no option to change the courier and no effective support resolution, the orders were cancelled, causing me financial loss.
whom should i sue

[Auraharvest @auraharvest7]

Meanwhile you are trying to take support from @Meesho_Official 😂 support 0 reply 100% been waiting for months to get some resolution.
