Not a lot of people talk about Men's Emotional Health. Little information that I could find was pretty generic.
Why doesn't anyone talk about Men's Mental and Emotional Health?
One of my goals this year: to create more than I consume.
Since childhood, I’ve been a content consumer- reading, absorbing, watching.
Time to change that
Most men fail at emotional control because they:
- Wait until emotions control their actions
- Get trapped in predictable emotional patterns
- Ignore how emotions drive everyone's decisions
The solution isn't fewer emotions—it's better emotional regulation.
Most people are afraid to:
- Fail publicly
- Challenge popular beliefs
- Set bigger goals
- Work relentlessly until it hurts
- Cut ties with draining influences
They stay comfortable—and wonder why the breakthrough never arrives.
I don't intend to be 'Most People'
After seeing today’s @WazirXIndia incident, we at @CypherockWallet are open to help out crypto exchanges(and asset custodians).
If you need help with customised hardware wallet or HSM solution to manage the private keys of your EOA, suitable for your needs, Reach out !
🚨An Indian crypto exchange has been hacked n $234 million USD is reportedly stolen.
This unfortunate event is a reminder to get off exchanges.
Store your crypto in audited cold wallet - Cypherock X1.
Use code: "getoff-exchanges" to get 40% off! Valid till 25th July.
Exchanges are the biggest honeypot for hackers.
What's the safest solution if you wanna secure over million dollar worth of crypto assets?
Use off chain MPC-TSS, @CypherockWallet already supports it : https://t.co/z9n4VBA97i.
DM for access.
Switch to Cypherock X1 hardware wallet today.
You can create upto 4 wallets in the same Cypherock X1 or import upto 4 BIP39 wallets’ seed phrases into Cypherock X1 n manage portfolio in single app - cySync (designed and developed by Cypherock).
#coldwallet#crypto#cypherock.
Have multiple crypto wallets?
Import ur existing wallets’ seed phrases into Cypherock X1 n use it as seed phrase backup! Manage entire portfolio in single app! Isn’t it cool?!
Cypherock uses Shamir's Secret Sharing for private key recovery. Don’t worry bout losing what you own.

Frustrated with managing multiple software and hardware wallets? 🤔
Read this thread to see how Cypherock X1 simplifies crypto security by serving as a secure seedphrase vault for up to four BIP39 supported wallets like Metamask, Ledger, Trezor and more.!
A friendly reminder : There are teams constantly trying to break security of iPhone chips(via EMFI and LFI).
Vulnerabilities often get disclosed about a year or months after they're found.
Passkeys are great for onboarding, but don't rely on passkeys-based crypto apps for your majority hodl.
Remember, passkeys are NOT *your* keys.
Hey @VitalikButerin have you considered "Dew" as alternate to zkSNARKs with trusted setup?
It's a transparent and constant-sized zkSNARK with logarithmic verification, based on class groups.
Here's the paper : https://t.co/QrsCnO3gFo
Do you want to see a working proof of concept for the same ? Thinking about building a C++/Rust library for it
Cryptography has experienced more breakthroughs in the past decade than in the previous four decades combined, largely propelled by the revolutionary impact of decentralised technologies such as cryptocurrencies.
However there is one field in cryptography that is still under radar and has potential to unlock a whole new set of innovations which were not possible before.
The Class Groups
Innovations includes new consensus mechanisms that address the limitations of PoW and PoS, schemes that allow training of powerful AI models using encrypted data, and advancements that eliminate the need for trusted setups in creating Zk-Snarks, etc
Surprisingly, the class group crypto system is still overlooked by some of the popular research foundations.
Where did it start?
Castagnos-Laguillaumie, (https://t.co/cqQa2nXxKQ) introduced a linearly homomorphic encryption scheme that improves upon Paillier’s encryption. It eliminated the need for range proofs and finds applications in MPC and threshold cryptography.
Why does it matters?
Class groups of imaginary quadratic fields, commonly referred to simply as class groups, are emerging as a trust-less alternative to RSA groups because, unlike RSA, class groups do not require a (distributed) trusted setup to establish a cryptographically secure group of unknown order.
However, the adoption of class groups in practical applications has been slow. This can largely be attributed to two main challenges:
1) The scarcity of developer tools, such as high-quality, open-source libraries, which hinders wider experimentation and deployment.
2) A lack of deep understanding of the cryptographic assumptions underpinning class groups.
To help bridge these gaps, let me share some notable efforts and resources in the field:
1. For those interested in diving into the basics, @mstrakastrak's insightful blog post offers an excellent introduction to class groups from two perspectives: the algebraic number theory angle, focusing on the ideal class group, and the binary quadratic form, which discusses the form class group. This can be accessed at: https://t.co/ipfKIJIwha.
2. Innovations in zero-knowledge proofs using class groups are highlighted by the work of @benediktbuenz, @benafisch, and @aszepieniec, who have used class groups of unknown order to construct a transparent Zk-Snark called Dark, with improvements later presented in Dew. The papers are available at https://t.co/o2pcm0tjLn and https://t.co/EwOWotaaPd, respectively.
3. The Chia Network, led by @bramcohen, leverages the unique properties of class groups in their blockchain network’s consensus mechanism, which incorporates a Verifiable Delay Function (VDF) that uses a class group. Chia network has a paper which can be used as a good starting point : https://t.co/nX2KlpXsVW
4. Recent advances in hashing into class groups, introduced by @Istvan_A_Seres et al, are explored in a paper : https://t.co/sGj3Rgjefc, that initiates a rigorous study of this technique, aiming to sample uniformly distributed group elements in class groups. The open-source library developed can be found here: https://t.co/banOQP89Qy.
5. On the implementation front, the C++ class group library BICYCL(https://t.co/r3LC7vyKe6) supports both the CL-HSMqk and CL-HSM2k schemes, providing most of the low level cryptographic operations. These are detailed in the papers : https://t.co/a5ccLqeDhS and https://t.co/skRPFe6c3n.
6. Finally, groundbreaking protocols such as the first non-interactive Verifiable Secret Sharing (NI-VSS) and Distributed Key Generation (DKG) protocols using class group encryption, introduced by @aniketpkate et al, are poised for deployment in real-world blockchain applications. Their research can be explored here: https://t.co/kRuLQE5zbM.
I personally believe that these developments underscore the potential of class groups to revolutionise the decentralised computing realm by providing a secure, trust-less foundation for a wide array of cryptographic systems and protocols.
Watch this space as I’ll share more on this soon!
