I got scammed by @HPIndia@HP@HPSupport after buying a laptop via their website. Here's how:
Ordered with โน6,000 Cashify exchange + โน8K cashback
No exchange was fulfilled
Misleading label showed April 2025, but actual mfg date: August 2024
Return denied

Even worse - HP informed me about "pin-code not being serviceable" only after the return window closed.
The โน6,000 exchange bonus? Gone.
Label tampering? Ignored.
Multiple tickets? No help.
All I got were copy-paste replies.

I ordered HP Omen from HP Corporate Store on June 19 & received it yesterday. New laptop has only 3 months warranty left, & there's a new MFG date sticker pasted over the original one.
Also, headphone show as delivered on the website, but I never received them.
The driver ended the trip after getting the payment through QR code. So once he ended the trip, the original due payment notification came. Most of us ignore it and pay because only if we clear the pending dues, we will be able to book again. be aware.
I was almost scammed by Uber auto. Luckily, when I contacted @Uber_India , they solved it ๐.
Here is how it unfolded. I booked Uber auto to commute to my office. The driver was assigned and he had 4.92 Uber rating. While booking, the amount was showing somewhere around 60.
Uber was quick to respond by clearing the pending transaction. If i had made the payment with cash, I would not have any proof of making the payment and Uber would not have refunded it. This post is just to create awareness that you don't get scammed like me.
@LGIndia Worst customer service. Bought an LG soundbar, stopped working within 3 days. It's been 25 days now after raising repair request and issue still not resolved. No replacement provided even though it was manufacturing defect. Parts were replaced and still not working.
@LGIndia Day 22: Part was replaced today by @LGIndia , still it's not working. Now they need to take it to LG workshop. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, & the product should have been replaced instead. Almost 1 month of the warranty period has already passed without any resolution.
@LGIndia bought a soundbar and within 3 days, the subwoofer stopped working. Contacted LG service & they said, part needs to be replaced. It's a manufacturing defect and they can't even replace the product. It's been two weeks now and still they say part is not available.
bought a LG oled TV with sound bar from @RelianceDigital. Within 3 days, the subwoofer stopped pairing with soundbar. Raised issue with @LGIndia. The service guy came and told it's manufacturing defect after checkin. It's been over 10 days and still no update.
