Pan Africans are always funny.

This year alone Aliko has issued 3 separate Eurobonds 750m dollars each, the latest one would be repaid completely by 2036.

Why ? Because the interest rate is single digit and less than 9%.

He could have issued a naira bond to support Nigerian banks and Nigerians at a double interest rate and above 20%, but no, a shrewd businessman has to be pragmatic.

The same man would tell you to support Africa and only Africa can develop Africa and that foreign banks wanted his refinery to fail; and pan Africans would eat it hook line and sinker.

You people would wake up one day and realize there are no enemies in business only interest, profits and shareholders returns

We can keep complaining about broken systems or we can start building what those systems have failed to provide.

If children in a community don’t have access to clean drinking water, the conversation shouldn’t end with outrage on social media. We organize, find the community, understand the problem, raise the resources and help get water there.

The children should not have to pay for the greed of leaders, bad planning or decades of institutional incompetence. GHANA MUST WORK!
