@HMRCcustomers Appreciate this but I would love to understand if the change of tax code is due to my income? Also would love to understand how I lost approx. £1000 on my net paye? This sounds like there is a mistake

@HMRCcustomers Total salary yes, but with the new tax code I have lost almost £1000 on my net pay, which makes no sense

@HMRCcustomers Hi Amandine, thank you for your response. I have tried both, on the help line, the income tax team said they can't help because I have done a self-assessment tax return and the chat is always busy :(
