They're very similar to Columbina's and have double colors in them. The rings with dots are typically MOON motifs, which Venti and Ei DO have

we should be asking why Venti & Ei have SiMILAR EYE DESIGNS SPECIFICALLY

Ei's moon is also red like Sonnet's

Aria's theme colors are the same as Barbato's

Venti's chest plate is likely a moon within a clock and matches mondstadt weapons themed after him and Istaroth

Only venti fans are allowed on this post but consider how barbatos is typically also regarded as a god of love (windblume) but couldn't be a god of parental love like the tsaritsa because people think he has a habit of going to get the milk and not coming back 😂
