@SarahjevsEvans Just had this happen this week. She's diabetic and lost use of her back legs immediate thought diabetic neuropathy. Bloods all returned fine, no ketone etc etc. Gave some antibiotics as slight infection marker and 3 days later back to normal. My bank however is £300 lighter
