So a delivery driver just OPENED our front door without knocking and ENTERED OUR HOME to drop an @amazon package. This is the second time an Intelcom driver hired through Amazon has trespassed on our property in the last 8 months. Both reported and nothing done. Do better...

@AmazonHelp Then proceeds to knock on our sidelight window attached to our door from outside, with the flash on, continuously pointing to the package as if to suggest "just dropping a package nothing to see here!" We then checked the delivery and he didn't post the delivery photo.

@AmazonHelp The link will not open for me to send a private message. To elaborate, we are sat in our living room not expecting anyone, our front door opens, and a delivery driver pops his head in, sees us, drops the package, takes a photo of the package INSIDE OUR HOME.
