@DFDSUKUpdates How were we supposed to know this? We are here in a MASSIVE queue, we were here the required time beforehand to find queues of 4+h. And no communication.
Awful -indeed zero!- customer service.

As a traveling Borland exec, it was my duty as marketing manager for AsiaPac to pick you up and get you to the hotel in Sydney.
I took you to the hotel desk, and was about to leave you when you disappeared.
@ssharwood I have been to hundreds of stores and cafes and pubs and such over the last two years. Im a good citizen and believe QR process will help so I’m diligent.
In all that time I have received just two notifications of a contact. 2. Crazily low. I’m either lucky or this is broken
@kyleplacy My (now) teenage kids remind me all the time about how I never finished reading them a bedtime story when they were little.
I would always fall asleep by about page 4 or 6.
I suspect it’s why they liked the Lion King movie - they got to see the ending!
Hey @Tesla - I have taken delivery of a new 3-series today. I am in Sydney Australia. On pickup, the App failed to register my car as mine, I cant set up the keys, assign other people access etc.
