I feel : These are likely auxiliary marine gas turbine generator sets intended for electrical power generation rather than propulsion, with KSSL acting as the Indian production and integration partner. There may be foreign technology lineage involved (possibly Ukrainian, European, or another source), but the 1.25 MW rating makes them very different from the large Zorya propulsion turbines most observers associate with Indian Navy gas turbine programs.
