If I found out my child was guaranteed to die I’d rather them never have to know the pain and suffering of laying in incubator fighting for a life they’d have 0 chance to live.

Oh my god. I’m a 100% disabled, but I spent nearly a year in Afghanistan. I was a gunner on a MATV both as an open turret gunner and a CROWS operator. I have two twisted vertebrae and have a degenerative issue in my back that will never get better but will absolutely get worse, nerve pain, And yes PTSD and some other minor stuff with my knees and ankles.

My stepfather served 1 tour to Bosnia and 2 tours in Iraq. 05 and 07. And he is also 100% disabled and retired after 21 years in the national guard. He suffered a TBI and had to learn to walk again after a IED detonated under his vehicle. North of Baghdad.

I’m ALL for veterans getting what they deserve. But these kind of veterans make ALL of us look absolutely terrible!

She says she never went overseas and was never in combat. She only did test rocket launches. She says she “pushed buttons, flipped switches and drove a big vehicle. That’s pretty much it”

She makes it very clear she did nothing else but this…. Yet is somehow getting 80% VA Disability for PTSD for pushing buttons, flipping switches, and driving a big vehicle

She kinda laughs about the situation because she knows it’s pretty ridiculous when it’s said out loud

Her disability check every month is most likely about $2,102.15 per month tax free

According to data, the VA’s inspector general opens about 63 criminal investigations a year into suspected disability compensation fraud
