“But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil.”
~ Luke 6:35 ~
Going through life alone?
Teams always outperform individuals! Even look to the most known individuals in our world. They all have a team. Surround yourself with brothers, family, and friends you can rely on.
As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
- Make each other better and stronger
- Leverage each other's strengths
- Help overcome each other's weaknesses
When you face challenges alone, it can break you down. But with a solid team, you lift each other up and reach new heights together!
This post was inspired by my brother @austin1johnson. I'd recommend you follow him.
What if I told you the real change wasn’t just my body?
67 days ago, I started 67 Transcend, a program I felt called to pursue. Today, I’ve never felt better, physically or mentally. Diet consisted of whole foods, tracked everything in Carbon and let it do all the adjustments. Workouts varied between weights, running, Jiu Jitsu, and walking. I even completed a marathon with Austin during the journey.
But the real transformation? My mind. Daily prayer (10 minutes) and keeping a gratitude journal shifted everything for me. Small acts of kindness have become a natural part of my day. I’m mentally stronger than ever before.
This isn’t just a program—it’s now a way of life. I’m not stopping here; the benefits are too good. I’ll continue this every day for the rest of my life.
One of the most impactful aspects has been our men’s group. The weekly calls, the brotherhood we’ve built—guys showing up for each other. It’s been life-changing.
Above all, this transformation was only possible because of God’s guidance. @austin1johnson and I felt a call to do this, all the praise goes to Him.
Marathon Complete! 👟
We knocked it out! Went into this fairly untrained, first 13 miles we crushed! Did well even through the next 7, had to battle for the 4 after that, and the final 2.2 finished very strong!
26.2 miles done!
Shout-out to my brother @austin1johnson, for taking this on alongside me! Not many people would attempt the things we've done this year. Enjoyed the entire journey with you!
We'll have a video in the next couple days!
