This harms all parties, esp the victim, + creates a convoluted msg that should instead be perfectly clear: sexual misconduct is unnacceptable. Achieved by fair procedures.

To be fair, the “standard jud process” is an extensive system designed to promote comm safety, AND ensure our constitutional protections under the 5th am for due process.
