@FrancescoLaw37 I think that people have the right to identify as whatever gender they chose, but on the birth certificate I think that the gender should stay. The reason I think this is because you form opinions when you are older, but are biologically a specific gender who you are born.

@FrancescoLaw37 This is a case where the person has the right to carry a #ConcealedWeapon but, it is illegal to use the weapon as defence because you could kill someone. With that being said I think that the shooter will and should get charged with 1st degree murder.

@ChoiLaw10 This a horrible case of #AnimalCruelty and the suspects should be penalized. All fisheries should require licences to catch and these whales are not allowed to be captured. The fine for these fisherman should be big, but even bigger because all 120 whales were pregnant.

@JulianSerpaLaw I think that the release being an error is the most #inhumane part of this whole incident. This man had the drive to change himself and had already served 21 years. In the big picture, this man sold crack 21 years before and that should be enough to rehabilitate the man.

@ChoiLaw10 I think that Tesla and the driver should be equally at fault because the driver was neglecting the fact that in case of a malfunction that they would not be able to stop the car and Tesla as they have made an option available that is not full functional. This is a major issue.

@ChoiLaw10 I think that Uber employees are under the watch of the company as a whole and that if any assaults happen it is Uber's responsibility. Essentially what I am trying to say is that the charges (if any) should be on the driver and Uber should be penalized.

@Alyxandra_Ray I think that this is a very fine line, and because the inmate is talking to a lawyer about something that is probably related to the reason why the inmate is in jail in the first place. I feel like it should be up to the state whether conversations can be used as evidence.

@victoriaglaw I think that people will not be able to get a citizenship from being a fake hero. If people want to get citizenship and try to fake a rescue I feel as though the judge will be able to define what is real and what is not and what deserves the merit of becoming a citizen.
