@elonmusk @Tesla I’m about to take delivery of my 4th tesla. Loyal FSD from the beginning. Total loss from hydroplaning cybertruck. Cyberbeast ordered and ready to schedule pickup but won’t let me transfer my FSD. For loyalty customers this should have exceptions!

@elonmusk @Tesla Now someone tells me I can take delivery after all and set up a service appointment to have someone replace the door. None of this was given to me as option on delivery day. Such a waste of time

@elonmusk @Tesla Your service has gone to hell. Such a different experience then my first model 3. Zero communication. Went to pick up cybertruck and last minute scratch found so wouldn’t let me take delivery. Promised me few days later but now realized don’t have mine in stock

@Apple First iphone preorder had 20+ errors. Had to choose pickup to get it to work. Second order never went through. Then look in purchases and says went through with standard delivery for Sept 26th. I really hope they let me change this as would have done pickup……

Apple Card by Goldman Sachs = worst customer service ever to dispute. Chat support = worthless. Gave me # to Apple and they have no clue what to do. Eventually they get GS on phone to help and still no help. 2 more “specialists” and holds until get help #applecard #goldmansachs

@ecobee Sorry its operating fine. I need it to go Higher than 50. 50 is max on ecobee. I need 55,60,65 options added

@ecobee I need humidity to go higher than 50. Seems like pretty easy feature to add. We have hot yoga studio and set it around 60 most of the time. Also hoping we can schedule humidity as well
