It’s often in conflict with our current practice of a Christian leader. Far too many of us are not vulnerable and are more concerned with what do and accomplish.

@karinacarney1 @pdneumann @thatchrischase This is sadly true. It then comes back to leadership and what we envision the local expression of Christ’s body to be. I’d suggest that for far too long we’d made the church in our own image and not His. Jesus help us.

@karinacarney1 @thatchrischase I don’t think they could be associated with the district but perhaps like counselling or other professional services they can be referred to churches who need the service. This way it could offset the potential cost and also leaves churches without the excuse of not having HR
