The more you invest, the less risk you need to take.

As important as gains are, minimizing risk is more important.

I typically do a 360 method. The cash flow I make from real estate gets invested into the stock market #VOO or keep the cash in a bank that pays you 5.25% interest. Then when I find the next cash flowing asset, I sell stock to purchase another cash flow.
Repeat, Repeat, Repeat.
