@JennaZurburg @KIN110UofR Yes, I agree with this. Even if you don't take creatine daily as a supplement, it's the number one substance that your body generates for muscle mass. I don't think it will get banned in any sports.

An example of women's power in sports is Dawn Staley. She's an American basketball Hall of Fame player and coach. She led the University of South Carolina to multiple championships. In 2017 she was named head coach for the USA's National team.

@KIN110UofR In my opinion, there are ups and downs when it comes to youth sports. Yes, having parents cheer their kids on in sports helps them grow as athletes and individuals, but having parents who show poor behavior will upset and make the kids feel negative and embarrassed.

@KIN110UofR Sport is defined by many aspects. It’s either an individual or team that is using physical activity and that’s organized. What I look for in a sport are fans , intensity level, skills, entertainment, and management. Those in my opinion make up a sport.
