@omanair I have not received refund for my flight cancellation which happened on 6th dec 2025 , it’s been 4 months and no response yet , this is very disappointing behaviour towards your customers . When will you provide my refund ?

@omanair I have been waiting for my refund for the cancelled flight from Germany to Muscat on 6th dec 2025 , sent multiple emails and calls to customer care , no progress at all . How long you will take to just at least respond ? Very horrible airline

We were informed that we will get the compensation , i just received the compensation for one passengers , but instead it should be given for 3 passengers according to EU law . Sent multiple emails , but no reply yet . I kind of feel that I am being cheated @omanair .

@omanair We flew from Helsinki to Chennai on 6th Dec , the flight was cancelled in Munich WY124, so we stayed overnight and next day we flew to Muscat , we were not given the connecting flight to Chennai , so we stayed two days in Muscat . So , 4 horrible days with 2.5 year old

@vfsglobalcare I have been trying to check the status in the link , but it doesn’t work . Upon entering reference number and last name , it gives an error Invalid input . I have tried multiple times , it doesn’t work and I am pretty sure that I am entering the right information

@vfsglobalcare Hi , I applied Family visit visa for my mother in Chennai VFS for Finland around two weeks back and no update on the visa yet . Usually , it just takes 3 or 4 days time , but this time it’s taking more than two weeks time. I can provide the details in DM .
