@Stevenjosephs61 I don’t see any evidence that these tests can actually evaluate if a person is fit. I’ve taken such a test and the tests rely on honesty of the test taker. I also don’t see any evidence that people with any given condition are inherently unfit. Where’s the science? It’s prejudice

@Talk_To_The_Hat @GeeorgeStyles The second problem is you were taught there are only primes and composites. There are primes, composites, units, and 0. This is basic ring theory. 1 is a unit as is negative 1 and the square root of negative 1 if we are in the complex numbers.

@Talk_To_The_Hat @GeeorgeStyles The problem here is we don’t teach ring theory properly. We never establish what ring we’re working in with any rigor. For example: if you are working in the integers you can’t divide 3 by 2. That’s nonsense.

@_GregoryMichael Words mean subtly different things. What makes English beautiful is the ability to be so exact. If you’re writing to a younger or more casual audience, sure, but if you’re writing literary fiction, you’re words are part of your art.
