@amazonIN has been playing games with me — they send notifications, I place the order, & they cancel it. I’ve reached out to CS team 5 times in 6 months; they admit it’s a technical issue on their end but still haven’t fixed it. My order history FYI (see image)

Unfortunate experience with @SamsungIndia . We have been complaining about our fridge for the past 3 days to Damsung. Result a pingpong match between two pincodes 500019 and 502032 to decide who will come and fix the fridge, In the mean while our business suffers. @jagograhakjago

@AparnaGroup, had the best customer experience yesterday. Your presales told me that Ziconia #Hyderabad has enough 2875 Sft appts & made me travel down to Nallagandla. Post arrival after talking for 10 mins I was told you don't have any 2875. Arrogance added @jagograhakjago

I had a horrible experience with you.I initiated a transfer of connection from Kukatpally to Tellapur & was put in loops of requesting a transfer. I reached out to the callcentre 10 times & filled the connection transfer form 5 times, bt no luck.
