@AxisMutualFund my father, a senior citizen, his SIP was stopped all of a sudden, without prior information, on account of KYC. He got his KYC form filled in the month of August. Since then he has chased the Kolkata branch umpteenth time, visited personally and via customer care.

His KYC is still pending. How much time does it take for KYC to be done in this digital era? Why on earth do my father need to visit the branch? Is this the service @AxisBankSupport gives?
