@autoexec_bin Digic 8 vs Digic 8. One from SX70, other from 250D.
Different P/N but at least UART and JTAG pinout (and in general - ball grid array layout) matches.
So we have JTAG access on Digic 8 models now!
This should open new possibilities to understand how hardware and software inner workings :)

@suyogdeshmukh05@KristijanZic All we can say is... follow us for future updates :)
(and also you can read our previous entries in "Current state of Magic Lantern project " series for some hints)
@KristijanZic 70D had the "unstable" build for years. There's no dev working on this camera se, but right now it is our common reference platform on how things should work on new generations :)
While we went silent for the most of 2024, we were busy working on "boring", mostly technical stuff. However we have some end-of-the-year news for you, including pretty exciting announcements for 2025 📷

I thought there was a bug. But PEBKAC, I just used slow card. This is R recording 1080p30 14bit RAW, continuous :) (with ~100MB/s write card)
As always, this is PoC, unstable/unusable - only code available for now.
