@Paramount_ALS@GuyDealership If there is a Bdc not touching a leaf for two or three hours that Bdc needs to be fired immediately. No group should accept a Bdc taking longer than 10 minutes to answer a lead.
@GuyDealership I’m trying to figure out the cutting edge or game changing process that he’s discussing here. We have trained on fact-finding and interviewing a customer prior to a menu presentation for 10 to 20 years. Nothing he just said in this video is game changing or different.
