I keep very consistent with a healthy lifestyle daily;
however, I'm not a prisoner of my habits.

If there's a good time to have a drink and smoke a few Marlboros, then nothing stands in the way to let myself do that.

If I keep daily to my diet and activity, then how will this one evening from time to time affect my health and physique?

You have to control your habits, not let them control you, otherwise, you will live such an unhappy life.

A few years ago, I had been listening to business podcasts almost daily because I thought, "Oh, that's what I should do to be an entrepreneur."
This BS infiltrated my mind, convincing me that by doing so, I was moving closer to my goals.

Back then, it was a complete waste of time.

This year, I started listening to podcasts again, only during low-focus activities like walks to save time.
However, now it's one of my top-tier activities because I feel like I truly benefit from it.

Instead of listening to self-development and entrepreneurship podcasts, I listen to ones about geopolitics.

I recommend them to everybody.
I grow smarter and more conscious every day, and it has taught me a lot about critical thinking, something that is often stripped away by the traditional education system.

Imagine starting a business and being more obsessed with getting 8 hours of sleep than with the business itself.

That's 95% of 'X entrepreneurs' right now, no wonder they still haven't landed their first client🤡
