Some thoughts on the season:
1. Inter never reached their best level in Serie A. Physically, mentally, technically. There’s not one time I felt the team was in good shape. What happened with the physical preparation? I felt like I waited all the year to see a brilliant team but they all felt tired the whole season.
2. The big games in Serie A were a disaster and cost Inter the title.
3. Lautaro and Thuram were never in shape together. Thuram carried the beginning of the season. Lautaro the middle and in CL. But enough to think about Lautaro cutting preparations short to play from the beginning. He should’ve been rested. The attacking reserves I don’t even need to mention, all failed.
4. CL football obviously cost Inter. With the new format you might as well learn to play play the primavera in the cup. Last year Inter were in the elimination round in November. This year on January 30th they had to go all in to avoid the playoff. A playoff were Milan, Juve, Man City were knocked out and where Bayern risked against Celtic.
5. The club should’ve intervened in January getting a striker. In June nobody could’ve predicted Taremi, Zielinski having such a small effect. Palacios not the type of player Inter should target. Food for thought, Retegui signed for 20-25 millions.
6. Inzaghi has some faults, but honestly I don’t blame him. He’s worked wonders with an older team that has a good squad but that can’t replace two players: Dumfries and Thuram
7. Beer Sheva, John Carew, list of humiliations can be very long. Those are disasters. Europa League, seventh place, 2-5 Udinese. These are disasters. Not fighting for all titles and being in a CL-final.
8. 2023 in Istanbul Inter saved CL late in the season. Lost 12 games. Made the final, everyone was happy. Now the mood is so depressed. Wake the hell up.
9. Imo football is about winning and losing. My hat is off for Antonio Conte and Napoli.

Russians and Israelis compete in a scorched earth policy
Russia and Israel use similar tactics, only the names change.
Russia employs scorched earth approach, while Israel applies the Dahiya Doctrine.
Both strategies result in significant devastation, high civilian casualties, psychological trauma, and widespread displacemen.
Had the terrorist attack witnessed in Lebanon in the past 48hrs occurred in Europe, western media would be following victims, telling the story of a boy who lost an eye, a girl who lost her life... but these are only brown people, so they celebrate Israel's ingenuity. Repulsive.
