@WesternDigiCare 35 days is not long enough, some don't know where to go to look for help. Don't feign empathy when you don't have any. Just be honest and say you don't care.
@westerndigital I have a wiped WD Cloud drive and need help, but we're too late for you. Offering such a small window (less than a month) to file a claim to get a clients data back due to your negligence is awful support!
