@jeffreytucker I see this argument a lot, but never the alternative.
Who do you suggest pay for the time to review a submission?
How would someone else paying for it end the corruption in the FDA?
One, I’m not dividing 15 ingredients by the teaspoon (something no normal person does). Two, what on earth would I ever use some bullshit like “nutritional yeast” for ever again.? The point is supposed to be that the recipes are affordable, if you have to spend $100 to make one meal and all you’re left with is a 11 eggs and a bunch of random condiments, many of them niche, that is not affordable.
@txsalth2o Had this happen, but what was infuriating was the new “leader” came from literally down the street, where she did the same thing, tanked that dept, and my company’s sr leaders didn’t bother, or care, to see if her proposal worked out there before implementing it.
@DrCHuber This is a good thing that came from all the terribleness of the Covid response, it woke me up, after growing up with a public health nurse mom who beat the drum for vaccines my whole life. Silver linings!
@RepFinstad@CongressmanGT@MinnesotaPork You still haven’t answered your stance on allowing pigs to be kept their entire lives in gestation cages. This is inhumane. https://t.co/17YyI317vw
Today Trump's USDA nominee, Brooke Rollins, told Congress that she will force states to allow the sale of pork from crated pigs.
States banned these sales to stop animal cruelty. The conservative Supreme Court upheld those bans.
Only pork industry lobbyists want this change.
@libsoftiktok If this is a good idea, then there’s no issue with doing it now, right? Trump can expand the court, because bigger is better!
If not, and you only want to do it under a Dem president, then you’re just mad you don’t have the majority and trying to change the rules in your favor.
@RepFinstad@HouseAgGOP I have lots of respect for farmers, but I think a lot can be done to farm responsibly and grow healthy foods. That means no more seed oils, glyphosate, or animals kept in inhumane conditions. Stop protecting unhealthy practices for your donor class and stand up for Americans.
A full recap of the studies and analysis which showed that the miscarriage rate was about double what it should have been following COVID vaccination, yet none of the regulators monitored this.
That's why it's so difficult to get the figures right.

💥💥BOOM💥💥
Finally a solid analysis of the REAL miscarriage rates after COVID vaccination this time compared to a matched cohort who had flu vaccination, which allows for the healthy vaccinee confounder.
It shows clearly a DOUBLING of miscarriage rates following COVID vaccination which is what we have been saying for 4 years and what the glow ops have been trying to cover up with exaggerated claims.
The miscarriage rate following flu vaccination was 6% and the matched COVID cohort was 13%
This is damning, so please do NOT continue to share the fake "82% miscarriages stories" floating around by bad actors looking for click bait.
@JenniferSey If you need a team of consultants to determine what a woman is and who should play in woman’s sports, then you shouldn’t be in charge of women’s sports.
@Jikkyleaks@SecKennedy You can argue a lot of terrible things about their trials, but having a central lab run samples for consistent results as being nefarious is a stretch and a lot of trials do this for not only labs, but imaging as well. Having local labs and standards can be a headache in the DB.
@river_is_nice@TheFP If you’re not willing to do the math accurately, why do the story at all? It’s disingenuous, like who doesn’t have salt in their cupboard or won’t eat 11 eggs? What’s next, add the pots, pans, plates, and utensils? Maybe the kitchen, too? You’re right, cooking is expensive!
@TheFP@river_is_nice Lots of those items you only use a small portion of and can use again many times. It may not be $5/serving (given the salmon price), but it’s also not the total bill divided by 4. Try again and get some math help.

@aj_silverly5@KTTCTV@cicero_mn It’s cute that you think being tracked and logged wherever you go is perfectly acceptable. The governments won’t keep criminals locked up, yet put out these cameras to catch them. Sure, it’s all about catching criminals, because they care so much!
