Stephen Miller is 100% committed to the MAHA Movement. It’s one of the many things we bonded over as friends and fellow parents to young children. I am so excited to see all that the White House and @SecKennedy accomplish in the next two years to make our country healthier.
"I am pleased to announce that Mr. Stephen Miller, the current Deputy Chief of Staff of the Trump Administration, and one of my most trusted advisors, will become the Chief of Staff starting Monday, November 9, 2026. Susie Wiles, who has done an outstanding job, will be moving over to the Trump Political Operation. I want to thank her for her service as Chief of Staff — She has done a great job!" - President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸
I’m grateful to Susie Wiles for her calm and inspiring leadership and wisdom. Susie brokered my partnership with President Trump in July 2024 and then spearheaded the campaign to get our team elected. She oversaw the transition process and helped me bring an extraordinary cadre of brilliant and disruptive leaders into HHS. Hers was the toughest job on earth, and she handled every crisis with patience, grace, and poise.
God bless you, Susie, and thank you for your friendship, which I treasure.
Today is my last day as White House Chief of Staff.
Serving President Trump in the White House has been the honor of a lifetime. I’m so proud to have been a part of what we’ve accomplished together from securing our border and cutting taxes to strengthening our economy and putting America First.
More than anything, I’m grateful for the extraordinary people I’ve had the privilege of working alongside. While my role may be changing, my commitment to the President and the mission never will.
Draining the swamp is a mandate, and we have an obligation to deliver. Entrenched interests have exercised power in Washington under both parties for decades. President Trump and I intend to keep fighting until the American people—not corporate influence—drive our health policies.
I stand firmly behind President Trump and the historic reforms we are advancing together.
In less than two years, this administration has rewritten federal dietary guidelines to emphasize real food, secured commitments from major food companies to remove petroleum-based synthetic dyes and other additives, launched systematic reviews of chemicals already in our food supply, and proposed requiring companies to notify the FDA before introducing ingredients they independently deem safe. These are concrete steps toward accountability that Americans demanded.
We have hundreds of other accomplishments but there's still more work to do. We must finish food-ingredient reform, advance our work on ultra-processed foods, and put children’s health at the center of federal policy. I will keep pressing those priorities across this administration and work with anyone in either party who will help deliver them.
The American people deserve a government that puts their health first. President Trump gave me a mandate to put prevention at the center of health care and end the chronic disease epidemic to Make America Health Again.
Recovery restores lives, rebuilds families, and strengthens communities.
I visited the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, one of eight communities receiving funding through our new $96 million STREETS Program.
Through President Trump's Great American Recovery Initiative, we're uniting faith-based organizations, health care providers, and community leaders to treat the whole person and help Americans achieve lasting recovery.
Under President Trump’s leadership, the Administration is establishing new government-wide standards to prevent the misuse of synthetic DNA and other biotechnology tools.
Working with @NIST and @USDA, HHS will help ensure synthetic biology suppliers meet rigorous, independently verified screening standards — safeguarding scientific innovation while reducing the risk of dangerous biological research.
Recovery is possible, and faith can be a powerful part of the journey. At Sheepgate in Colfax, Iowa, I saw firsthand how faith-based recovery programs are helping Americans overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.
Last Week, @SecKennedy joined @HRSAgov Administrator Tom Engels at EveryStep in Des Moines, Iowa, to meet with mothers, families, and community health leaders working to improve maternal and infant health. During the visit, Secretary Kennedy highlighted three major HHS actions:
✅ New infant formula safety testing results under Operation Stork Speed
✅ Proposed updates to infant formula nutrition standards for the first time in nearly 30 years
✅ $500 million in funding to strengthen maternal and early childhood home visiting programs.
From ensuring safer infant formula to supporting new mothers, HHS is working to give every child a healthier start in life.
Prescription drug prices are falling at the fastest rate in over 60 years. Prices are down 4.5% year over year—the largest decline since 1963.
Thanks to @POTUS, https://t.co/VJRkL6hPhG and most-favored-nation pricing are helping make medications more affordable for Americans.
Under @POTUS and @FLOTUS' leadership, women's health is finally getting the attention it deserves. 🇺🇸
From menopause care and lower fertility drug costs to maternal health and research, HHS is advancing women's health at every stage of life.

Under President Trump's leadership, America is making progress in the fight against the opioid crisis.
Opioid prescriptions have fallen to 45% of 2015 levels, while the number of patients receiving key addiction-treatment medications has more than doubled. Now, opioid-related deaths are at their LOWEST level in nearly a decade.
Think you can steal from Medicaid and hide the money? Think again.
We’re bringing the IRS, @USTreasury, @TheJusticeDept, @FBI, and states together to follow the money and go after fraudsters.
Different agencies. One mission. Nowhere to hide.
We must confront kidney disease head-on to Make America Healthy Again.
At JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, I joined @HHSgov leaders to announce our National Kidney Plan: prevent kidney disease, drive competition in kidney care, and expand access to lifesaving transplants.
We’re putting prevention first, challenging the status quo, and fighting for patients at every stage of care.
With @POTUS and @FLOTUS leading the way, we’re putting women’s health at the center of our agenda—and tackling barriers to hormone replacement therapy.
https://t.co/Pqy686A3e2 gives women transparent, discounted prices on select hormone therapies so they can compare their options.
Women deserve more than promises. They deserve access to the care they need at prices they can afford.
Hospitals have a responsibility to promote health in every part of patient care, including the food they serve. More than 250 hospitals are taking action to improve nutrition for their patients, staff, and communities.
I am calling on every hospital in America to join them, sign the pledge, and help make healthy food a standard part of health care.
Your ZIP code should never stand between you and quality health care.
I joined @SenRickScott in Florida to discuss how President Trump’s Rural Health Transformation Program is investing in rural communities to strengthen care and expand access.
We will Make America Healthy Again—and rural America will help lead the way.
Thanks to @POTUS, https://t.co/7wAie678Xq is making it easier for families to navigate federal health resources, find answers, and take back their health.

It puts you first. Respects your time. And actually works for YOU.
