@senatorbabet At the very least it should be index linked...buy a share for £100 in say 2000 and today it is worth £180. Pay tax on the £80 gain...except the gain isn't really as the £180 now is only like £140 compared to your original investment. No left/right gov't can think that is ok 🤷‍♂️?
